Job Summary
Oversee COA licensing programs from study initiation through closeout, including vendor setup, facilitating legal reviews/approvals, and ensuring timely, within-budget deliverables. Create, track, and report COA licensing project timelines; provide financial reporting and invoicing for COA licensing projects; coordinate with cross-functional teams; negotiate COA licensing costs and contracts; maintain internal databases of COA licensing requests and project plans; contribute to proposals and sales presentations; ensure compliance with standard processes and timelines; meet regularly with team members to track milestones; collaborate with study project managers and external vendors to drive successful COA licensing outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in life sciences, other sciences, or related disciplines
- 4+ years’ work experience in clinical research, medical affairs, vendor management, or other related scientific roles
- 2+ years’ work experience in a Project Management, Consulting, or other similar client facing role
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Strong software and computer skills, including MS Office applications
