Job Summary
Senior Manager-focused role responsible for LG Mortgage Asset activities within HSBC's MSF team. Drive new business acquisition through open market sourcing, leveraging an extensive DSA network to source mortgage assets, manage channel development, and oversee end-to-end asset product sourcing to disbursal. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (risk, legal, CRU, INM, etc.), monitor application status, identify cross-sell opportunities, and ensure compliance with AML/Sanction policies and regulatory guidelines. Requires deep knowledge of mortgage products, title documentation, real estate markets, and strong controls to manage asset disbursal, risk, and customer due diligence. Aimed at Sr. level delivery with leadership over channel management, risk, and process adherence within INM RBWM.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate/Post Graduate (Masters) / MBA
- 3+ years of work experience in the same area
- Strong network of DSAs in the market for sourcing Mortgage business
- Channel Management experience to develop and expand the network
- Proven adherence to controls and compliance
- Market/Competition product knowledge
- In-depth understanding of asset sourcing and disbursal process
- Knowledge of AML & Sanction Policy and regulatory guidelines
- Understanding of KYC, PEP, CDD & EDD guidelines
