Manager, Legal Operations Manager - Network Transactions

Job Summary

Oversee team operations and support attorneys managing complex Global Payment Network transactions by providing closing support, comment tracking, and managing multiple processes for compliance. Develop and maintain formal process documentation, including procedures and flow diagrams, while tracking and resolving process breakdowns to streamline deal acceleration. Collect transaction data to report on team compliance to senior leadership and prepare standardized playbooks for negotiated provisions. Assist with routine amendments and NDA negotiations, identify business-oriented contract redlines, and gather Legal SME input to ensure consistent advice across deals.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in Process management
  • A demonstrated ability and willingness to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment, interacting with associates across departments and job levels
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and play an important supporting role in the context of larger transactions
  • Problem solving mentality
  • Excellent judgment with the ability to predict long-term consequences
  • Growth mindset with an openness to new ideas, diverse perspectives, and unconventional solutions

Desired Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience creating and executing contracting and negotiation strategies and processes
  • Experience leveraging Google Workspace and its embedded smart features (including Gemini and Workspace Studio) to optimize workflows, create team assets, and enhance overall operational efficiency
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and establish structure within evolving operational environments
  • 1+ years of experience in a law firm OR legal department
  • 1+ years of experience in financial services industry
