Job Summary
Oversee the design, development, and implementation of learning initiatives that support business objectives and enhance associate performance. Lead a team of learning specialists, collaborate with business partners to assess learning needs, and ensure successful delivery of learning programs. Develop and implement assessment strategies to measure learning effectiveness and business impact. Partner with content designers to create engaging, accurate training materials tailored to the audience. Coordinate communications, participant engagement, and success metrics for learning initiatives. Coach and develop team members, support learning centers, and assist facilitators, coordinators, and center leaders. Manage remote resources and support geographically dispersed teams. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) and 7+ years in learning and development with strong LMS proficiency and instructional design capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in learning and development, with focus on instructional design, training delivery, and program evaluation
- Experience in training delivery through classroom, virtual, and on-the-job learning environments
- Strong proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), project tracking, and content development tools
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage remote resources and support geographically dispersed teams
