Job Summary
Lead enterprise leadership learning initiatives by overseeing the portfolio of DIB programs and designing high-impact, customer-grade journeys that cultivate essential capabilities. Drive the infusion of artificial intelligence tools into workflows to maximize efficiency and creativity while mentoring a team of designers in human-centered design mastery. Own intake and prioritization of design efforts, partnering with business leaders to conduct needs assessments and create roadmaps aligned with strategic challenges. Operate as a strategic thought partner to ensure offerings meet job family and line-of-business needs, leveraging data and engagement analytics to iterate on learning solutions as dynamic products.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 3 years of people leadership experience
- At least 5 years of experience designing and developing learning experiences across digital and in-person learning and development environments
Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a people leader leading Design teams
- 7+ years of experience as a learning experience designer building and designing learning experiences across digital and in-person learning environments
