Job Summary
Develop and continuously refine the international Learning & Development strategy, aligning it with organizational growth ambitions for leadership, talent development, and succession planning. Lead and coach the L&D team of two specialists while implementing programs for onboarding, leadership, and management development. Advise the executive team and HR on strategic challenges, translating objectives into sustainable learning solutions and initiating global projects to build stakeholder buy-in. Required Qualifications
- Academisch werk- en denkniveau, bijvoorbeeld in Psychologie, HRM of een vergelijkbare richting
- Minimaal 7 jaar ervaring binnen Learning & Development, waarbij je hebt gewerkt aan zowel strategie als implementatie
- Ervaring met thema's als leadership development, talentontwikkeling en performance management
- Je bent een inspirerende leider die een team van specialisten weet te coachen en verder te ontwikkelen
- Je bent een stevige gesprekspartner voor directie, HR en business en weet mensen mee te nemen in jouw visie
- Je beheerst zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal goed
