Manager - Learning & Development (Assurance)

Job Summary
Design and implement learning solutions for the PwC Assurance L&D agenda, including creating and delivering bespoke training, leveraging technology and learning analytics to measure impact, and collaborating with business leaders and the L&D CoE to meet US GAAP and other requirements. Drive learning priorities, manage end-to-end learning programs, promote L&D tools and processes, and partner with Talent Consultants to diagnose development needs. Role involves project management, content development, vendor management, enabling a culture of learning, and facilitating sessions across multiple time zones.
Required Qualifications
- Degree holder in Learning & Development or Accounting preferred
- Minimum 5 years of working experience with at least 1-2 years in a Learning & Development role
- Experience designing and implementing learning solutions
- Strong facilitation skills
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
- Good attention to detail
- Strong communication (oral & written) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work across different time zones (e.g., US, India)
- Willingness to work at night/early mornings when needed
