Manager, Leadership Development (AMER)

Senior individual contributor within VF’s Global Learning and Leadership Development, supporting the AMER region by serving as the designated learning lead for a defined leadership level (e.g., New Manager, Manager, or Director). Partners with business leaders, HRBPs, regional learning partners, and global design teams to tailor enterprise leadership solutions, design and facilitate bespoke leadership experiences grounded in real VF leadership challenges, and align development activities with regional needs. Contributes AMER leadership insights to global curriculum and portfolio work, designs leadership skill expectations and progression, and delivers high-quality leadership programs across AMER markets while ensuring practical applicability to real business contexts.
