Job Summary
Oversee daily hotel laundry operations, directing and coordinating staff to wash, dry, and iron linen for guest rooms and Food & Beverage/Culinary departments. Maintain safety and cleanliness, manage day-to-day operations and budgets, supervise employees, ensure quality and guest/employee satisfaction, and collaborate with Engineering on equipment maintenance. Lead and develop the team, manage supplies and uniforms within budget, and uphold hotel financial goals and standards through effective HR practices and consistent communication.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in the laundry, housekeeping, or related professional area.
