Job Summary
Oversees the daily activities of staff, including interviewing, selection, professional development, goal setting, performance management, coaching and mentoring. Coordinates and prioritizes project activities with internal groups and supports client communications, budgets, and timelines. Provides technical leadership in analytical development for large molecule programs using multiple instrumentation and detection techniques (e.g., HPLC, LC/MS, GC/MS, ICP-MS) with responsibilities including data review, reporting, SOPs, quality systems, GMP/GLP adherence, and staff development. Serves as a technical project leader across multiple projects, reviews and approves investigations and audits, and collaborates with business development to identify opportunities. Requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 5-8 years of related experience with at least 2 years in a management role, strong mentoring abilities, effective communication, and the ability to develop proposals and plans. Must be able to work full-time in Greenfield, Indiana, and meet security/background requirements. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5-8 years of relevant experience
- 2+ years of management responsibility
