Job Summary
Manage day-to-day activities of project due diligence, feasibility budgets, and schedules for land planning and entitlement activities. Assign and manage due diligence projects, assess risks, and coordinate with municipalities, agencies, and utility authorities to pursue zoning changes through public hearings. Monitor pre-acquisition land development budgets, cash flow, and compliance with Purchase Agreements while reviewing design documents and site plans for accuracy. Determine utility availability and impact fees, and aid in coordinating joint development agreements. This role supports programs established by Area management and leads a team of professionals within PulteGroup's land development division.
Required Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2-4 years prior relevant experience
- Advanced analytic skills
- Excellent Excel skills
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively communicate/work with others
- Ability to work independently
- Self-starter
- Valid Driver's License
