Job Summary
Seek a strategic and operationally strong Laboratory Manager to lead a human tissue biorepository supporting cancer research. Responsibilities include overseeing laboratory operations, biospecimen workflows, staff development, and performance management while ensuring regulatory compliance. Requires strong leadership skills, proficiency in developing KPIs, and experience in laboratory management. A Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience is essential, with a preference for candidates with a Master’s degree and a background in cancer biology or translational research.
