Manager - Laboratory

Manage day-to-day laboratory operations by directing, supervising, and evaluating staff while enforcing policies and standards. Perform clinical laboratory tests and procedures requiring independent judgment, ensuring the highest degree of quality patient care. Approve supply orders, maintain staffing, and meet applicable regulatory standards. Oversee department strategic planning and fiscal accountability. Ensure smooth operation of the department and provide mentoring to other personnel.
