Manager Laboratory - Full Time - Wexford Hospital

Manage laboratory operations, budgets, and quality assurance while leading staff to ensure compliance and patient care. Oversee procedure manual development, handle hiring and performance evaluations, and proactively investigate modern technologies to enhance productivity. May function as a Technologist to cover departmental staffing needs or oversee the laboratory outreach program. This full-time role requires a Bachelor's degree in an ASCP eligible program with five years of clinical laboratory experience and relevant certifications in Cytology, Cytogenetics, Histology, Surgical Pathology, or Clinical Pathology.
