Manager, Laboratory - Day Shift, Full-Time

Manage day-to-day operations of the clinical laboratory, including Hematology, Chemistry, Microbiology, and Blood Bank, while supervising staff, scheduling shifts, and assigning patient care activities. Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure testing reliability, interpret accreditation standards, and coordinate on-site inspections. Oversee financial aspects by preparing capital and operational budgets, monitoring variances, and ensuring proper billing and coding protocols. Lead the development of new procedures, prepare technical reports, and facilitate workshops for staff. Ensure compliance with federal regulations and maintain a safe working environment through consistent problem-solving and independent judgment.
