Job Summary
Lead daily laboratory operations by overseeing staff scheduling, workflow, and quality standards to ensure accurate, timely diagnostic testing. Maintain regulatory and accreditation compliance while mentoring laboratory professionals and managing budgets and equipment. Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and ancillary teams to support process improvement and safety initiatives. Model the organization's faith-based mission of compassionate, patient-centered service to the community.
Required Qualifications
- Leadership capability to lead daily operations of a hospital laboratory
- Ability to ensure accurate, timely diagnostic testing
- Experience supporting whole-person care
