Job Summary
Manage store operations and team performance under the regional sales manager to ensure smooth daily execution and optimal customer service. Optimize store profitability by analyzing sales results, setting goals, and training staff in sales techniques and product knowledge. Lead human resources initiatives including recruiting, scheduling, performance evaluations, and resolving labor disputes while maintaining a positive work environment. Oversee marketing and visual presentation by creating attractive displays, managing inventory, and collaborating with mall administration. Open and close the store, manage controllable expenses, and report on tasks to the regional manager. Work full-time hours with flexibility for holidays during busy periods.
