Job Summary
Provide strategic leadership for Learning & Development across Ferrara’s corporate and manufacturing operations. Design and deliver bilingual (English/Spanish) learning content and programs that address capability gaps, with end-to-end ownership from content development to facilitation. Partner with HRBPs and plant/operations leaders to integrate learning into the flow of work, drive measurable outcomes through KPIs, and continuously refine offerings for impact. Facilitate bilingual sessions, share L&D best practices, and build a culture of learning. Drive insights from data to inform program design and budget decisions, and manage vendor relationships as part of the learning portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's in Organizational Development, HR, or a related field a plus
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong preference in L&D, Talent Development, or Organizational Effectiveness
- At least 2 years of managerial experience
- Experience supporting manufacturing, supply chain, or frontline workforces strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience developing bilingual (English/Spanish) training materials and facilitating in both languages
