Job Summary
Develop and maintain operational standards that optimize organizational effectiveness within knowledge management and across KDS partnerships. Ensure knowledge resources are accessible, relevant, and useful through oversight, coaching, and development of your team of associate content strategists. Manage capacity and productivity to support KM goals while assessing and enhancing stakeholder engagement for efficiency and satisfaction. Foster a high-performing, inclusive environment by recognizing talent and encouraging accountability. This Grade 15 role includes 10% travel.
