Job Summary
Manage the daily operations of the Klant en Markt domain for the Groningen vestiging, serving as the primary face of Strukton Civiel Nederland to local and regional clients. Lead tender management for projects up to €5 million, evaluating bids against the strategic selection model and determining suitable contract forms such as UAV-GC, RAW, or EMVI. Collaborate with pricing and national tender teams to translate company strategy into actionable opportunities while maintaining daily contact with stakeholders. Develop the local vestiging plan, report directly to the national business unit management team, and share acquisition knowledge with the tender group to ensure a strong, value-driven project portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- HBO/WO-opleiding
- bij voorkeur Civiele Techniek, Commerciële Economie of vergelijkbaar
- Ervaring met aanbiedingen voor projecten tot circa €5 miljoen
- Ervaring in realisatieprojecten binnen wegenbouw en/of integrale projecten
- Commercieel netwerk binnen onze opdrachtgeverskring
- Kennis van bouwteams, UAV-GC en RAW
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal
- Woonachtig in Noord‐Nederland
