Job Summary
Lead Cyber Security and Information Security projects or PMO initiatives, delivering complex delivery schedules, risk and action logs, and ongoing stakeholder communication. Conduct risk assessments, control reviews, or security evaluations while interpreting data to translate technical findings into clear, business-focused insights. Act as an escalation point for complex delivery, stakeholder, or technical issues within a diverse, global team environment. Manage Agile Change delivery with a collaborative working style, driving continuous improvement and influencing stakeholders across programmes. Requires prior Big 4 or KPMG experience, proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, and strong analytical skills to ensure data accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience delivering Cyber Security / Information security projects or PMO
- Strong sense of accountability with a collaborative working style and excellent stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to build strong relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive engagement across programmes
- Ability to act as an escalation point for complex delivery, stakeholder, or technical issues
- Excellent communication and reporting skills in English
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Copilot)
- Familiarity with industry frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001)
- Ability to interpret data and translate technical findings into clear, business-focused insights
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy
- Experience conducting risk assessments, control reviews, or security evaluations
- Comfortable working with data tools, reporting platforms, and dashboards
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with global stakeholders
- Highly proactive, able to work with minimal supervision, and drive continuous improvement
- Experience of Agile Change delivery, as well as managing complex delivery schedules, risk and action logs, and ongoing stakeholder communication
- Prior KPMG or Big 4 experience is essential
