Job Summary
Lead teams of behavioral scientists and manage 40 to 50 FTEs while overseeing business operations, roster planning, and quality assurance for JeugdzorgPlus groups. Coach staff to foster a healthy work climate, execute annual plans and budgets, and monitor performance metrics. Translate regional policy into concrete actions by collaborating with the regional director, expertise leaders, and external partners to drive organizational change. Signal and implement process improvements to optimize care delivery for youth with complex problems. Work tactically with stakeholders across municipalities, education, and care networks to develop new alternatives for young people.
Required Qualifications
- Een afgeronde relevante hbo-opleiding (bijvoorbeeld management of bedrijfsvoering)
- Ervaring hebt met (complexe) verandertrajecten
