Job Summary
Lead and motivate the team to hit sales goals while delivering great customer service. Manage daily operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and inventory control. Train new team members on operations, POS systems, and customer service protocols. Resolve customer questions and issues quickly and professionally. Some management or supervisory experience in retail, restaurant, or grocery is required, along with comfort with POS systems and cash handling. Flexible scheduling and a monthly bonus program are available.
