Job Summary
Manager, Japan PR&O leads business operations and process simplification aligned with business strategy, coordinates internal/external stakeholders, drives process optimization, and expands new service opportunities. Responsibilities include operations across shipping, sales, pricing, inventory, and outsourcing; business support activities; defining system requirements for core systems (One Force); managing master data and pricing initiatives; improving order-to-cash and sample/check-in processes; monitoring compliance and service arrangements; and leading a team with cross-functional collaboration and strong communication and leadership abilities. Travel is required; role located in Tokyo, Japan.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in medical or related field (5+ years recommended)
- Sales experience preferred
- People management experience
- Project management
- Process simplification
- IT/system construction and operation experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Compliance knowledge (e.g., HCC)
- English ability as needed
