Job Summary
Manager, Japan End-to-end Experience and Connection Strategy leads integrated marketing programs across Owned, Earned, Shared and Paid media for the Japan market. Translate brand objectives and consumer insights into compelling agency briefs and media strategies; partner with Brand, IMX and Customer teams to deliver integrated communications and optimize ROI. Activate programs with external media agencies and vendors, oversee measurement and post-program learnings, and drive impact across the path-to-purchase using analytics, MMM, audience data, and research. Requires 5+ years in Marketing/Media, a Bachelor's in Marketing/Business/Communications or related field, strong analytical and digital/media planning expertise, excellent communication and project-management skills, and Tokyo-based availability with up to 25% travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 5 or more years of experience in Marketing, Media, or Connections Planning/Technology
- Advanced knowledge of digital display, mobile, video, programmatic, CTV/OTT
- Working knowledge of paid search and social media
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong Verbal & Written Communication Skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, collaborate with teams, and work under pressure
