Manager, IT Systems

Lead system administration operations across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments, managing the implementation, operational management, and lifecycle governance of enterprise systems including compute, storage, virtualization, identity, and cloud platforms. Oversee system lifecycle activities such as upgrades, patching, capacity planning, and decommissioning while ensuring high availability, performance, and operational readiness. Act as the escalation point for Tier-3 incidents, driving root-cause analysis and long-term remediation. Partner with Security to enforce compliance baselines and support automation initiatives to reduce manual work. Set priorities, assign work, and balance project delivery with operational support. Conduct performance reviews and support employee growth. Based in Charlotte, NC, this role requires 4-5 days per week in the office with occasional travel.
