Manager, IT Systems Administration & Operations

Lead a Tier II IT systems administration team of 3-5 staff to drive endpoint management, patching, security, and lifecycle across Windows, macOS, and mobile devices. Build and enforce standards for deployment and automation; partner with Service Desk, Infrastructure, Security, and Engineering to ensure seamless support and escalation. Manage upgrades, migrations, and new technology deployments with a focus on scalability and security; maintain core IT infrastructure (AD, DNS/DHCP, Exchange, virtualization, SharePoint, and cloud services like Azure); monitor system health and support disaster recovery and business continuity. Enforce security controls, endpoint encryption, vulnerability management, and remediation in collaboration with Information Security. Produce clear documentation and regular reports on endpoint compliance and system performance; mentor and develop a Tier II team and drive ITIL-aligned service delivery.
