Job Summary
Consult enterprises on IT strategy development and implementation while analyzing landscapes to identify optimization potentials. Design tailored IT solutions and lead their implementation to ensure sustainable success. Manage client and partner relationships, drive business development activities, and actively contribute to thought leadership on strategic topics. Lead and coach a team of consultants, overseeing projects with full responsibility for developing priorities and continuously expanding expertise. This role requires long-term relevant experience in IT strategy consulting, strong leadership capabilities, and fluent German and English. The position offers a flexible 4.5-day work week, remote work options including time in EU countries, and extensive training opportunities within a flat organizational structure.
Required Qualifications
- Langjährige relevante Berufs- und Projekterfahrung
- Kenntnisse im Stakeholder- und Projektmanagement
- (Mehrjährige) Führungserfahrung
- Ausgeprägte Analyse- und Problemlösungskompetenz
- Exzellente kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Präsentationstechniken
- Ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch (in Wort und Schrift)
- Nachweisbares Netzwerk sowie (mehrjährige) Erfahrung im Projektvertrieb
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts)Informatik, Wirtschafts- oder Naturwissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
Desired Qualifications
- in der (IT-) Strategieberatung oder einem ähnlichen Bereich
- mit Zertifikat (PMP, PRINCE2, SCRUM)
