Manager, IT Solution Delivery Salesforce

Leads an IT Solution Delivery team responsible for the successful delivery of Salesforce-based enterprise solutions. Architects and guides design, development and integration activities within the team; maintains and enforces a healthful architecture across applications; manages relationships with business partners, vendors, and other delivery partners; provides clear status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders; coaches and mentors team members; contributes to IT strategy and methodology, ensuring solutions align with guiding principles and regulatory/quality needs. Hybrid Flex or Remote Flex work arrangements are supported, with examples including Durham-based Hybrid Flex and widespread Remote Flex opportunities across multiple states. Strong Salesforce delivery experience, Salesforce certifications, and servant-leadership style are highly valued.
