Job Summary
Manage Digital Engineering IT projects supporting engineering, manufacturing, and deployment goals by facilitating scoping, planning, and execution of multiple concurrent IT projects. Collaborate with business leaders and engineering teams to identify, define, prioritize, and deliver initiatives including Teamcenter, NX CAD integration, and Product Lifecycle Management. Detail project information covering objectives, scope, scheduling, budgeting, and risk mitigation while overseeing resource allocation and adherence to agile methodology. Represent projects in planning meetings, communicate status to the PMO and stakeholders, and coordinate with DevOps teams for system deployments. Evaluate project performance against objectives and budgets, manage vendor relationships with Siemens and integration partners, and ensure compliance with security and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field from an accredited university or college
- Four years' additional experience in project management, or three years' professional experience with a PMP certification can be in lieu of a bachelor's degree
- Typically, seven to ten years' experience in IT project management, with recent experience in project scoping, planning, and scheduling, including master plan/milestones, risk management, and costs and benefits estimation
- A minimum of five years' experience as an IT project manager, with at least two years' experience managing multiple projects with overlapping project dates
- A minimum of two years' experience in quality management, including supporting ISO or other quality management standards
- Knowledge of Agile principles, ceremonies, and tools and techniques such as Scrum, Scumban, Kanban, Lean, etc.
- Experience supporting the development of project and quality management processes
- Experience identifying, collecting, and reporting metrics for measuring progress and quality
- Demonstrated experience in IT design and architecture workshops and reviews
- Experience in full Software Delivery Lifecycle from project inception to delivery
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Project and Atlassian suite of tools

Desired Qualifications
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar project management certification
- Experience with Common Data Environment (CDE) initiatives or ISO 19650 standards
- Familiarity with nuclear industry regulatory requirements and quality standards
- Experience managing vendor relationships with Siemens or other major PLM provider
