Job Summary
Lead the internal Business Applications team by managing two direct reports, conducting performance reviews, and driving vendor relationships. Own the 12-month strategic roadmap for productivity platforms including Atlassian, Slack, Asana, Lucid, and SharePoint, with heavy prioritization of AI integration and security compliance. Act as the ultimate technical authority for the Atlassian environment, designing scalable workflows and ensuring system efficiency exceeds 90% license utilization. Establish a measurable operational cadence by tracking ticket resolution times, capacity planning, and project delivery SLAs. Complete a comprehensive technical audit within the first 30 days, followed by presenting optimization recommendations and finalizing the strategic roadmap by day 90.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of deep, architect-level experience specifically with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence)
- Proven experience in a Manager or Team Lead capacity
- track record of successfully mentoring technical direct reports
- B.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
