Job Summary
Lead and manage Tyson IT operations and a diverse IT team across project management, product ownership, support, and technical roles. Drive and balance Agile and Waterfall delivery, apply scrum practices, and ensure stability, security, and scalability of IT components in alignment with business objectives. Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, cross-functional collaboration, and performance management. Provide hands-on technical leadership, guide vendor relationships, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Focus on executing IT initiatives, improving operational efficiency, and developing team members to support organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or relevant experience)
- 5+ years of relevant IT management experience
- Any IT Certification preferred
