Job Summary
Guide the plan, build, and run activities for Henny Penny Manufacturing Systems and serve as the Solution Architect for Siemens Teamcenter and related systems. Lead the systems team including employment decisions, performance management, mentoring, and coaching. Develop roadmaps and strategies for IT Manufacturing Systems aligned with corporate priorities and manage vendor relationships and contracts (including performance). Oversee budgeting (OPEX/CAPEX) to support short- and long-term roadmaps and ensure data integrity and governance across cross-system processes. Provide backup support across all Manufacturing Systems and align roadmaps with business partners’ strengths and opportunities. Manage complex core system integrations, tooling, and frameworks while consistently demonstrating the company’s values. Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years IT leadership experience
- Minimum 7 years Teamcenter PLM for manufacturing experience
- Minimum 10 years systems analysis, application, and project management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in related field from an accredited institution
