Job Summary
Lead and mentor the IT Infrastructure team responsible for maintaining on-premises and cloud infrastructure, networks, databases, and datacenters. Drive performance, availability, security, and modernization to meet business needs; develop roadmaps and resource strategies; manage budgets and vendor/contract activities; oversee lifecycle changes, disaster recovery, and compliance across IT infrastructure. Collaborate with IT leadership and business units to deliver projects end-to-end, including gathering requirements, design, procurement, build, test, and hand-off to operations. Requires strong systems administration/engineering background, PMP/PMLP preferences, ITIL/Microsoft certifications, and the ability to travel ~10%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Seven years or more of technology leadership experience
- Experience with IT infrastructure and operations, on premise and in the cloud, in manufacturing environments (preferred)
- Microsoft, ITIL, or Service Professional certification required
- Project Management Professional (PMP) courses or certification (preferred)
- Ability to lead the entire project lifecycle of application and technology system projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
- Ability to travel 10% of work time
- US work eligibility aligned with DoD-related guidelines (may be required)
