Job Summary
Execute IT engineering strategy to support service delivery, infrastructure innovation, and client satisfaction. Lead and mentor teams of systems, cloud, network, and compliance engineers while establishing standards for configuration management and documentation. Oversee project execution for enterprise clients and collaborate with Service Delivery and NOC/SOC leaders to ensure seamless escalation and problem resolution. Implement automation, monitoring, and orchestration tools to improve reliability, ensuring compliance with CMMC Level 2 and client-specific requirements. Evaluate new technologies and drive adoption of cloud services (Azure, AWS, M365, GCP) while championing CI/CD practices and DevOps workflows. Serve as a senior technical advisor to clients and collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams on solution design and proposals. This leadership role aligns engineering initiatives with company goals and revenue targets within a virtual work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of progressive IT infrastructure and engineering experience
- at least 3 years in a leadership capacity within a managed service provider or consulting environment
- Proven expertise in managing large-scale enterprise environments, hybrid cloud solutions, and security frameworks
- Strong technical depth in Microsoft technologies (M365 GCC and GCC High, Entra ID, Intune, Azure IaaS including in Azure Gov)
