Job Summary
IT Delivery Manager oversees end-to-end IT project delivery across multiple teams, coordinating planning, execution, and governance using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches. Responsible for defining work plans and resources, tracking milestones, managing scope and budget, mentoring the delivery team, and communicating status to stakeholders. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 7+ years of IT delivery/coordination experience, strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, and proficiency with delivery tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, ServiceNow). Desired certifications in Scrum/SAFe/ITIL are a plus, and the role emphasizes leadership, planning, risk and change management, and ensuring quality throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in IT delivery or coordination roles involving cross-functional teams
- Familiar with both Agile (including Scrum) and Waterfall delivery methods
- Solid understanding of SDLC and how IT initiatives move from planning through implementation
- Experience using delivery/tracking tools such as Azure DevOps and ServiceNow
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe, ITIL) are a plus
