Job Summary
Lead cybersecurity operations and SOC efforts for the organization, directing threat detection, incident response, and security governance. Drive alignment with corporate objectives, manage projects and initiatives, mentor cybersecurity professionals, and communicate risks, strategies, and KPIs to executive leadership. Ensure adherence to security standards, integrate physical security with cybersecurity where applicable, and oversee threat management programs and the deployment of advanced detection and response protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training.
- Extensive job experience in cybersecurity management or a related field with leadership/strategic oversight
- 6+ years experience in cybersecurity management or a related field
- 3+ years experience in leadership and strategic oversight in cybersecurity initiatives
- Relevant certifications including CISSP, CISM, CISA, CompTIA Security+, ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer, and CISA
