Job Summary
Lead IT business engagement and process excellence to translate business needs into IT requirements, develop multi-year IT roadmaps, create business cases, map As-Is/To-Be processes for Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Quality, and Product Development, ensure compliance timelines, and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to deliver technology solutions in Life Sciences.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a Technical or Business field
- Master’s Degree desirable
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in Life Sciences, Pharma, MedTech, or Biotech industries
- Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting business functions: Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Distribution, Medical Affairs and/or Product Development
- Experience translating business needs into IT requirements and writing business cases for IT projects
- Hybrid full-time role based at Princeton, NJ headquarters, with on-site presence Tuesday through Thursday
