Manager, IT Audit

Manage the IT Audit Unit for quality and quantity of performance and assigned tasks. Review the audit plan, update it to HIA, and contribute to the annual audit plan preparation. Perform risk assessments of IT controls, including general controls, application-level controls, systems, data confidentiality, and cybersecurity. Determine audit scope and objectives, communicate with management to address high-risk areas, and review IT management policies for change management and business continuity. Implement audit execution and spot follow-ups, consolidate reporting output, and coordinate finalization of audit reports. Discuss critical audit matters with management, support the team on audit knowledge, and revise working papers as needed. Provide training to staff, ensure timely completion of documents, and promote a collaborative working culture. Constantly improve IA performance, quality, and efficiency while managing staff turnover.
