Job Summary
Manager – ISG Management Power Platform Developer responsible for designing, developing, testing and deploying apps on Microsoft Power Platform, guiding best practices, and coordinating with stakeholders across locations. Performs multiple roles including Business Analyst, Developer, Project Manager, and Tester to ensure solutions align with design principles and governance. Requires experience with Power Platform components (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps), SDLC disciplines, and strong communication skills to manage requirements, architecture, build, configuration, testing, and operational transition in a finance-industry context.
Required Qualifications
- B Tech/ MCA/ M Tech with relevant work experience in finance industry
- Minimum 6 years of experience with software development and Microsoft Power Platform
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate, Power BI and Power Apps
- Experience scaling Power Platform within the firm
- Familiarity with SDLC and best practices (PDD/SDD, unit tests, code quality, development standards)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across locations
- Ability to wear multiple hats (BA, Developer, PM, Tester, Business User)
