Job Summary
Manages Epic application development and production support, guiding day-to-day team dynamics and project lifecycle. Provides mentoring and coaching for performance development and project management, and makes decisions influencing large-scale initiatives. Leads delivery of applications that meet client requirements, ensures adherence to standards, and participates in activities for personal growth. Requires strong communication, budgeting and scheduling skills, and the ability to work in a healthcare environment with flexible hours. Education: HS diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or Business Administration or related field preferred. Experience: 7+ years related healthcare or project and team management experience, including supervisory/management responsibilities; willingness to pursue additional degrees, business training, or certifications as applicable.
