Job Summary
Manager responsible for Epic application development and production support at Ochsner Health. Leads project life cycle, prioritizes work, and manages budgeting and scheduling. Provides mentoring and coaching for performance development and project management. Requires extensive healthcare or software project/teams management experience, including supervisory capacity. Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or Business Administration or related field; strong communication, budgeting, and organizational skills; flexible scheduling including evenings/weekends. Leads and develops team members to meet client requirements and delivers applications aligned with standards and initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Education Required - High School diploma or equivalent
- Preferred - Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or Business Administration or related field
- Work Experience Required - 7 years related healthcare or project and team management experience including two years in a supervisory/management capacity
