Manager | Investor Services

Lead, develop, and inspire a team while overseeing investor services activities to ensure all client commitments and service level agreements are met. Provide technical expertise across investor services, including capital activity, investor reporting, and FATCA/CRS compliance. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and internal stakeholders to deliver a consistently high standard of service. Review and oversee investor transactions, distributions, and communications to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance. Monitor client deliverables to ensure they are completed in line with agreed timelines, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Identify, manage, and escalate risks or issues while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Partner with senior management on strategic projects, operational priorities, and the ongoing development of the investor services function.
