Job Summary
Manager, Investments and Underwriting at Trinitas leads the underwriting and financial analysis of real estate investment opportunities, including student housing and multifamily development/acquisition across portfolio considerations. Responsibilities include building and refining financial models, cash flow projections, and investment analyses; conducting market research, due diligence, and competitive analysis; supporting management of the real estate portfolio and budget/valuation activities; contributing to capital markets efforts and Investment Committee discussions; and maintaining clear, professional communication with internal teams, investors, and external partners. The role emphasizes accountability, accuracy, and proactive identification of risks and opportunities, with performance measured by the reliability of analyses, quality of reporting, and contribution to investment decision-making and portfolio management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate financial analysis, underwriting, or related investment analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling; strong understanding of real estate underwriting and valuation methodologies
- Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, organization, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
