Job Summary
Manager, Investment Research Solutions responsible for designing, implementing and continuously improving cross-asset research operating models, governance frameworks and external research processes. Lead day-to-day oversight and coordination of external research, partner with Research Heads and investment stakeholders to deliver scalable support solutions, drive process efficiency and data-driven reporting, identify and mitigate operational risks, produce structured analysis for oversight decisions, coordinate multiple workstreams, and provide leadership and coaching to team members while engaging senior stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience within asset management, investment research support, COO/business management or related operational environments
- Good understanding of research governance, external research processes and the operational landscape supporting investment teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex workstreams independently and operate effectively in fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical and data-oriented mindset, with the ability to interpret information and deliver meaningful insights
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and working across multiple teams and functions
- Strong risk and control awareness, with experience supporting well-governed and scalable operational processes
- Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting process improvement, workflow optimisation and operational change initiatives
- Exposure to research platforms, AI tooling and data visualisation technologies such as Bloomberg, AlphaSense, Power BI, Tableau, SQL or Python would be advantageous
