Manager, Investment Operations (Public Markets)

Oversee day-to-day operational activities of CAAT’s public markets portfolio, including transaction settlements, cash management, and end-to-end onboarding of new investments; manage monthly/quarterly reconciliations between custodian records and internal books; lead liquidity forecasting and funding oversight; oversee quarter-end reporting for the Board and senior management; assist with investment-section disclosures for annual financial statements; collaborate with Investment Risk and Performance teams to ensure data integrity; work with custodians, external managers, and auditors to maintain strong controls; develop and maintain governance documentation, and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation; coach and develop junior team members to support a high-performance, error-aware operations function.
