Manager, Investigation

Lead investigations into market conduct, non-market conduct, and non-representation matters while managing complex and sensitive cases. Partner with business units for regulatory engagements, coordinate responses to MAS queries, and ensure all communications are accurate, complete, and well-documented. Administer appeals, close action gaps, and maintain records for audit purposes. Identify emerging trends, systemic issues, and control risks from outcomes to support senior management reporting. Contribute to enhancing investigation methodologies, frameworks, and reporting processes through technology and automation. Perform additional duties assigned by leadership as needed.
