Job Summary
Track and report on aging thresholds, exception volumes, and resolution turnaround times using SQL and Tableau to identify trends and flag emerging bottlenecks. Proactively identify and resolve inventory operational bottlenecks by analyzing exception buckets and implementing process optimization strategies. Manage aging inventory by partnering with field and HQ teams to prioritize vehicles based on age, demand, and exception severity. Conduct root-cause analysis on recurring exception types and recommend process or system changes to prevent recurrence. Maintain documentation and SOPs for exception-handling workflows and assist the field team with third-party inventory audits. Support new dealership launches by establishing inventory management processes and training local teams. Monitor and report on service loaner fleet utilization to keep the fleet running cost-effectively. This role requires 3-5+ years of data analytics experience with SQL and Tableau proficiency. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience
- 3-5+ years of experience in data, reporting, or analytics
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL
- Knowledge of visualization software, such as Tableau
- Curiosity to continue learning new analytical methods and tools (Snowflake, Python, etc.)
- The ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, data science, and business teams and communicate across them in a clear and concise manner understood by all
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
