Job Summary
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for international regions; provide financial leadership and business partnering to international commercial and operational teams; analyze performance, identify risks and opportunities, and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership; ensure compliance with policies and internal controls; support pricing, investment, and profitability analyses; collaborate with Commercial, Supply Chain, and Operations to drive financial discipline and efficiency; develop and standardize financial reporting processes across markets and contribute to strategic transformation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline (required)
- Master’s degree or MBA (preferred)
- 6–8 years of progressive finance or accounting experience, including business controlling or financial planning
- Experience supporting international or multi-country operations
- Strong financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting capabilities
- Ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making
- Understanding of internal controls, compliance, and financial governance
- Excel and financial systems proficiency (ERP, planning tools)
- Preferred: experience in a global matrixed organization, healthcare/medical devices, professional accounting qualification, SOX/finance transformation experience
- Language: English (fluent); additional European languages are a plus
