Job Summary
Oversee the IR Nursing, Technologist, Admission/Recovery, and patient care navigator teams, including hiring, training, performance management, and daily task delegation. Manage daily clinical operations, workflow, and productivity while assigning staff, coordinating room turnover, and optimizing staffing patterns. Collaborate with physicians throughout procedures to maximize patient outcomes and round on the Admission/Recovery unit daily to identify opportunities for improving patient experience and ensuring safe care. Develop cost-saving strategies for individual labs and assist in maintaining budgetary levels. Provide oversight of training and consistency in clinical practice across three state-of-the-art procedural labs.
Required Qualifications
- 5 or more years' experience in Cath Lab, IR, EP or Registered Nurse with 5 years' experience in critical care with interventional experience
- Proficient in English
- strong verbal, and written communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- At least 2 years of leadership experience- charge, supervisory and manager experience will be considered (leadership does not have to be in IR but IR clinical experience is required)
